Terms of Service

These Terms define how Visit Our Clinic services may be used across the website, platform, widget infrastructure, clinic network, public profile pages, campaign tools and analytics systems.

Effective date: July 2, 2026

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Visit Our Clinic website, platform, public pages, widget infrastructure, dashboards, inquiry tools, campaign materials, analytics and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, submitting an inquiry, applying to join the network, installing or using a VOC widget, or otherwise interacting with VOC, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.

2. What Visit Our Clinic provides

Visit Our Clinic provides digital infrastructure and network services for healthcare providers, including public clinic profile pages, destination pages, website widget infrastructure, clinic application workflows, inquiry routing, campaign materials, analytics, visibility tools and related operational support.

VOC may help clinics present their services more clearly and professionally, but VOC does not itself provide medical treatment, medical advice, diagnosis, clinical opinions, insurance, emergency services, travel services or hospital services.

3. No medical advice or treatment relationship

The Services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency care or direct consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

Any medical information, treatment description, pricing, availability, response, recommendation or patient communication is the responsibility of the relevant clinic or healthcare provider. VOC does not verify medical outcomes, guarantee treatment results or make clinical decisions for patients or clinics.

Patients and website visitors should communicate directly with the relevant clinic or qualified healthcare provider before making any medical, travel, financial or treatment decision.

4. Relationship between patients and clinics

VOC may provide tools that allow interested users to contact clinics or request information through widgets, forms, profile pages or campaign pages. When a user submits an inquiry, the relevant clinic may respond directly.

Any patient relationship, medical consultation, treatment agreement, pricing arrangement, appointment, consent process, payment for treatment, travel decision or follow-up is between the patient and the relevant clinic or healthcare provider. VOC is not a party to that medical relationship unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

5. Clinic accounts and network participation

Clinics and clinic representatives may apply to join the VOC network and may be asked to provide business, profile, verification, treatment, contact and operational information. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval, listing, verification status, founding status, premium status or continued participation.

Clinic participation may be subject to additional Clinic Partner Terms, billing terms, verification requirements, campaign terms, content rules and operational policies. If there is a conflict between these general Terms and signed or accepted Clinic Partner Terms, the more specific clinic agreement will apply to the clinic relationship.

6. User responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, use the Services lawfully, respect third-party rights, avoid misleading submissions, protect account credentials, and not interfere with the operation, security or integrity of the Services.

You must not use the Services to submit false medical claims, unlawful content, unauthorized personal data, spam, malicious code, discriminatory material, infringing content or information that you do not have the right to provide.

7. Clinic content and public information

Clinics are responsible for the accuracy, legality and authorization of information they submit or approve for use in public profile pages, destination pages, campaign materials, widgets, logos, images, treatment descriptions and other content.

VOC may edit, format, organize, reject, suspend or remove content where necessary for quality control, compliance, design consistency, platform security, legal risk or network standards. VOC does not guarantee that any submitted clinic content will be published or remain published.

8. Widget installation and removal

VOC widgets may be installed on clinic websites by the clinic, the clinic's developer, a third-party agency, or VOC team members where agreed. Clinics are responsible for their own website access, technical environment, developer relationships and permission to install or remove third-party scripts.

If a VOC widget was installed by the clinic, its developer, agency or another third party, VOC is not required to physically remove the code from the clinic website. VOC may provide removal instructions or deactivate the related token, API access, analytics or widget functionality from its own systems.

If a VOC team member installed the widget as part of an agreed service, VOC may assist with removal upon request, provided the clinic grants temporary and adequate technical access to the relevant website, hosting, CMS or codebase. VOC is not responsible for delay, downtime, loss of content or technical issues caused by insufficient access, third-party changes, hosting restrictions or incorrect credentials.

9. Fees, billing and refunds

Certain VOC services may be provided on a paid basis, including membership, profile services, widget services, campaign materials, analytics or related network services. Specific fees, billing periods and included services may be described in an order form, dashboard, invoice, written offer or Clinic Partner Terms.

Where quarterly billing applies, fees may be charged for three-month service periods. Unless a different written agreement applies, refunds may be limited to full unused months that have not yet started or expired. Used months, active service periods, completed setup work, campaign materials, custom work and third-party costs may be non-refundable.

10. Campaigns and advertising platforms

VOC may provide campaign strategy, creative materials, landing pages, templates, analytics, shared identity assets or campaign infrastructure. Advertising spend, media buying and platform account obligations may be handled directly by the clinic or through third-party platforms such as Meta, Google or other providers, depending on the arrangement.

VOC does not guarantee campaign approval, advertising performance, patient volume, revenue, bookings, lead quality or platform availability. Third-party advertising platforms may apply their own policies, review processes, restrictions, account rules and billing terms.

11. Intellectual property

The VOC name, logo, visual identity, widget design, platform design, templates, campaign system, text, graphics, software, code, layouts and related materials are owned by VOC or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Clinics retain ownership of their own authorized clinic logos, photos, trademarks and business materials. By submitting content to VOC, the clinic grants VOC a license to use, adapt, display, reproduce and distribute that content as needed to provide the Services, operate public profile pages, prepare campaign materials and present the clinic within the network.

12. Third-party services

The Services may rely on third-party hosting, database, analytics, email, payment, advertising, travel, mapping, AI, search or infrastructure providers. VOC is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, account restrictions, data processing practices, pricing, availability or errors outside VOC's reasonable control.

13. Suspension or termination

VOC may suspend, restrict or terminate access to the Services, accounts, widgets, public profile pages, campaign assets or network status where we believe there is non-payment, misuse, security risk, unlawful activity, misleading information, breach of these Terms, breach of clinic standards, reputational risk or another legitimate reason.

Upon termination or expiry of a paid service, VOC may deactivate widget tokens, analytics, profile visibility, campaign access, dashboard features and other related services. Physical removal of code from a third-party website depends on access and responsibility as described in these Terms or applicable Clinic Partner Terms.

14. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOC disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, medical suitability, campaign performance, treatment outcome or business result.

VOC does not guarantee that clinic information is complete, that a clinic will respond, that a treatment will be available, that advertising will perform, that a patient will book, or that any healthcare outcome will be achieved.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, reputational harm, medical outcomes, treatment disputes, advertising losses, travel losses or business interruption.

VOC's liability for any claim relating to the Services will be limited to the amount paid to VOC for the relevant service during the period giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

16. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that personal data may be processed as described in that policy and in any applicable data processing terms.

17. Changes to the Services and Terms

We may update the Services, add or remove features, change the design, modify network rules, update legal documents or revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

18. Contact

Questions about these Terms should be sent through the contact method published on the Visit Our Clinic website. If a dedicated legal contact address is published, that address should be used for legal notices.
